Year 2000 Issues

Fraser's Hill software and hardware products transfer data between computers. They do not include application logic involving or manipulating dates. As such, they are not normally subject to Year 2000 date issues. Fraser's Hill is currently not aware of any circumstances in which its products would be affected by the Year 2000 date change.

Other applications used in conjunction with the Fraser's Hill products, however, may be subject to potential Year 2000 date problems. To assist customers in their Year 2000 testing, Fraser's Hill will, if requested, permit the installation of its software products for the purpose of Year 2000 testing without additional license agreements or fees, provided that any additional copies of the software installed for this purpose are removed at the conclusion of the tests. Please submit these requests through your distributor or directly to Fraser's Hill Ltd.

Please notify your distributor or Fraser's Hill Ltd. immediately if any potential Year 2000 related problems are found with Fraser's Hill products. There will be no cost to the product licensee for any program fixes or product upgrades for Year 2000 related items.
