All Rights Reserved. HARDWARE CONFIGURATION The FHL-7120 has four jumper blocks which are used to configure the board. These switches and jumpers are located as follows.
J1: Test/Normal Mode
This jumper sets test or normal mode. When the shunt is installed on the top two pins the adapter is in test mode. When the shunt is installed on the bottom two pins the adapter is in normal mode. This jumper sets test or normal mode. When the shunt is installed on the top two pins the adapter is in test mode. When the shunt is installed on the bottom two pins the adapter is in normal mode. This jumper sets the I/O address for SDLC/HDLC. When the shunt is installed on the top two pins the I/O address range is 380-38F. When the shunt is installed on the bottom two pins the I/O address range is 3A0-3AF. This jumper sets the I/O address for the security key. When the shunt is installed on the top two pins there is no access to the security key. When the shunt is installed on the bottom two pins the I/O address range is 390-39F.
